One of the best things about being an entrepreneur is getting to know other business owners as we share our experiences. So let me share a little about myself.

Hi, I'm Bk,

 

At my core, I am an artist and weave art and beauty in everything I do because there is artistry in everything - even your business.

Botswana by birth and an adventurer at heart I started my entrepreneur journey when I moved to the Middle East. 

In a new country with, new culture, and not very many job opportunities for ex-pat women, I had to get creative with my project management background and started my first business and I caught the bug! After expanding my small jewelry business to the UAE 4 years later, I started my second business, an online shop that featured my fine art pieces and art commissions. 

Today, I am PMP certified 🎉, a certified Online Business Manager⚙️ and am certified in Lean Six Sigma. I have a particular passion to elevate women in business. 

In 2021, I launched Elev8d Business Management which turned my focus on empowering business owners with business operations, project, and process support, and partnership. 

I am a systems architect and personal productivity designer who helps legacy-building business owners regain their time and the mental clarity they need to move their businesses from surviving to thriving by curating and optimizing the systems and workflows that will support their longevity and release the team to creativity.

My firm belief is that to build anything that will last, you need skill, grace, and the tenacity to do it right the first time.

WHY DO I TEACH?

My artistic ability is what helped me to dig deep and discover who I am inside. I can’t imagine where I would be without this medium.

As I looked at the people in my life struggling to find themselves, I realized that my creativity could inspire others to look inside and discover what makes them truly happy too.

Everyone has an artist inside. Some of us just need a little more help bringing that inner artist to life. To me, watching others create something they never thought possible is the best feeling in the world.
